Bioclimatic office complex 

The HUB26 office complex offers modern workspaces in the rapidly developing western part of the city, formerly an industrial area. With 31,000 sq. m. of new spaces designed to offer a variety of experiences and accommodate different working environments, the project aims to be a catalyst for the area's development.

The architectural concept is inspired by Thessaloniki's unique history. It incorporates the memory of the industrial era and the city's urban palimpsest, with its layers of history, as well as the mysterious atmosphere of the fog that often surrounds it.

HUB26 unfolds across an L-shaped site on 26th October Street. The extroverted design uses transparency to reveal views of the sea and the surrounding environment. The building volumes form a central square that becomes a place for interaction and coexistence.

The compact volume of the former FIX brewery facilities, located opposite the project site, and the precise geometry of the silos, inspired the ground floor of the building.
