Alexandroupolis

The Xarama Seaside Luxury is housed in a building constructed in the late 1960s, located on the coastal front of the city of Alexandroupolis, next to the local EOT beach, as part of the city’s tourism development and enhancement.

Its unique location on the beach, proximity to other tourist attractions, and its short distance from the city center, make it as a remarkable urban landmark of Alexandroupolis.

Unfortunately, over the years, the building lost its original clean, almost minimalist architectural character due to various additions and isolated interventions. The Architects were called upon to achieve an aesthetic unification of the building’s facade, with the aim of creating a coherent and clear front that would emphasize the concept of horizontality, which is characteristic of the building's lines and the architecture of its era in general.
