Palm Boutique Suites

Halkidiki

Within the dense fabric of a seaside settlement in Kassandra, Halkidiki, two newly constructed, identical summer apartment buildings emerge, bringing with them the cohesive identity of the new hospitality brand Palm Boutique Suites. Thoughtfully integrated within the narrow boundaries of their plots, the buildings prioritize ergonomics and guest comfort above all. Developed across four levels, they form a collective entity of 16 individual apartments.

The architectural design focuses on ensuring both a comfortable stay and a heightened sense of privacy between the individual units.

The buildings are strategically positioned to maximize sea views wherever possible, while also optimizing natural lighting and ventilation throughout the apartments. The spatial layout promotes a high degree of privacy, resulting in façades that exhibit a light, minimal aesthetic, deliberately devoid of superfluous decorative elements.
