Office Building Renovation

οn Kifisias Avenue

The project involves the complete renovation of the shell of an existing office building on Kifisias Avenue, modifications to its interior layout with upgrades to the internal spaces, and the redesign of the surrounding area.

The intention behind the transformation of the building’s façades was to redefine its architectural identity, giving it an extroverted and technologically advanced character while also ensuring its energy upgrade with LEED Gold certification.

The fluid and dynamic character of the proposed façades aims to provide the office building with a modern and elegant identity, conveying an optimistic and confident presence befitting a cutting-edge technology office building. Continuous white metal canopies with a folded cross-section wrap around the floor slabs on the façades facing Kifisias Avenue, extending 1.0–1.8m beyond the glass curtain walls. These elements provide solar protection and emphasize the stratification of the floors.
