Mosay All Suite Hotel
Kos
The project concerns the architectural design and implementation of a new five-star hotel complex on the coastal front of the Lampi settlement in Kos, in an area already characterized by a well-established touristic identity and direct proximity to the beachfront.
The core compositional intent focuses on fragmenting the total built volume into smaller-scale architectural entities, aiming at volumetric integration into the landscape and avoiding monolithic aesthetic. The building masses are arranged in a continuous frontage configuration, interrupted by semi-outdoor and open, permeable spaces that allow for both visual and physical interconnection between internal functions and the exterior environment, contributing to a fluid spatial experience.
The overall composition is structured around a central access axis beginning at the southern entrance of the plot and leading sequentially through the communal reception areas to the accommodation units and aquatic leisure zones.
