Kalamaria 

In Kalamaria, in the Vyzantio area, the construction of a seven-story residential building with pilotis, roof and attic was recently completed. The building is located on Thermaikos Street in the northern part of the municipality of Kalamaria.

In this building, the biggest challenge was the design of housing on a small and perfectly triangular plot - a rare thing for the urban fabric of the city of Thessaloniki - that would meet modern housing needs and follow modern design trends.

The main morphological characteristics of the building are the two distinct volumes that differ both in terms of floor plan and height.

The individual volumes created by the bay windows and the enclosing of the balconies contribute to the logic of the scaling of the volumes, while their color contrast with the body of the building adds interest to the central facade of the building.
