Passive Houses

Paros 

The Greek construction company Nikolaos & Angelos Fragopoulos has been present in the construction and sale of houses in Athens since 1990. The company has now expanded its activity to Paros, where it completed the construction of two newly built villas in 2025. The two villas were certified as Passive Houses by the Hellenic Institute of Passive Houses, thus setting new standards of sustainable and energy-efficient construction on the island.

The houses are located on the eastern side of Paros, in proximity to the cosmopolitan Naoussa. Constructed on a hill, the houses are characterized by their multilevel architectural design, which optimizes panoramic views within each room. The accommodation offers a unique experience of luxurious and harmonious accommodation, as evidenced by the spacious terraces and infinity pools.

The energy footprint of these buildings has been significantly reduced by the strict implementation of Passive Design principles, ensuring a stable and comfortable indoor temperature throughout the year, regardless of external conditions.
