The existing four-star hotel complex, built in the early 1970s, is located in Felice, Agios Ioannis Peristeron, Corfu. It sits on an 11-acre plot of land in a particularly privileged location, between the main road connecting the city of Corfu with the southern part of the island and the coastline. An imposing mountain range covers its back.

The architectural firm undertook the complete reconstruction and modernisation of the unit, converting it into contemporary five-star accommodation. The existing buildings were in very poor condition and required extensive structural reinforcement to meet the requirements of a modern hotel.

The complex is being renamed Avali by Mar-Bella Collection and is undergoing a transformation into a high - end resort with 76 rooms and 156 beds.
