Apartment

in Kolonaki 

The small apartment of 70 sq m is located on the ground floor of a 70's apartment building and overlooks the communal garden of the open space of the building. The aim of the renovation was to improve the aesthetics and functionality of the apartment according to the needs and personality of the new owner.

The main design challenge was to achieve an expansion of the space, both in terms of the sense of space and in terms of adequate spatial sufficiency. A space has been created that accommodates and organises the owner's visible and hidden, necessary and cherished possessions, while providing a sense of comfort.

Upon entering the apartment, the open-plan living space offers a substantial visual escape. The entrance hall, which is notable for its considerable size in relation to the overall dimensions of the apartment, was converted into a functional office space, in continuity with the living and dining room, which are organised together.
