Marousi

On Gravia Street in Marousi, an old industrial building is given new life and transformed into a modern office space. The building, which previously functioned as a printing press, retains its modernist and minimalist lines, while simultaneously incorporating new architectural and functional needs.

The complete renovation of the building, both internally and externally, respects its historical past, while also creating a contrast in its morphology.

The project consists of two parallel office volumes, creating an interesting space with narrow corridors and impressive visual connections between the users of the building. A key design element is the volume of the staircase, which develops vertically and connects the two volumes, providing a sense of movement within the interior spaces.
