House
in Nea Penteli
The project was designed to accommodate a family of four. Morphologically, the building is characterized by a continuous zigzagging line that connects the ground floor to the upper level, defining the volumes. The location is distinguished by its pronounced topography, lush vegetation, and scenic views, elements that are seamlessly integrated into the residence's design.
Entry to the house is made laterally from the municipal pedestrian walkway, which was designed specifically for the project. This side access, combined with the building’s elevated position relative to the main road and the double-height glass façade in the living area, ensures unobstructed views of the basin from the main living spaces.
The building is developed on four levels. In the basement all the auxiliary spaces are concentrated, along with a separate guest room with a kitchenette and bathroom. On the ground floor are the living room and the dining area, while the private rest areas are located on the first floor. Finally, the attic level hosts the owners' office space.
