Ace Hotel
& Swim Club Athens
Ace Hotel & Swim Club Athens is the first Ace Hotel in Greece and the second Swim Club worldwide. The hotel and Swim Club are situated along the Athenian Riviera, surrounded by the blue landscape of the area and within walking distance of the city centre.
Ace Hotel & Swim Club Athens is not only a destination for travellers, but also a vibrant place for Athenians to eat, drink, swim and have fun. This demonstrates Ace's commitment to creating spaces that are responsive to guests and the local community.
The 120-room hotel was designed in collaboration with the French architectural firm Ciguë. Its style is inspired by the naturalistic trend of Greek modernism and the charm of the seaside resorts of the 1970s. Ace Hotel & Swim Club Athens has taken inspiration from the brutalist elements of the former Fenix Hotel, with the aim of breathing new life into the Riviera's heyday. The hotel features a spacious lobby, a ground floor restaurant, a pool with a pool-bar, a café and an exhibition area, as well as a rooftop bar, restaurant and swimming pool on the hotel's rooftop terrace.
