in Kifissia 

The project involves the design of a residential building comprising three dwellings, seamlessly integrated into the lush environment of Kifissia, one of Athens' greenest suburbs. The structure consists of two duplex residences with private gardens, occupying the ground and first floors, as well as a recessed apartment on the second floor, designed to provide comfort and uninterrupted views.

A defining feature of the two residences is the double-height interior atrium, which maximizes the inflow of natural light throughout the day. Expansive openings in the ground-floor living areas create a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces, allowing for an uninterrupted flow towards the garden and swimming pools. The bedrooms are strategicallyωplaced at the rear to ensure privacy and tranquillity.

On the second floor, spacious terraces offer residents breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. The architectural composition is defined by strong horizontal lines.
