The goal of the hotel's renovation is the redesign and redistribution of functions and movements, as well as the aesthetic upgrade of the hotel’s spaces. The construction is being implemented by sections and level. The spa area, located on the 1st level, has natural light and a front view only from one side. The aim was to create a space for providing state-ofthe-art wellness services with a sense of absolute tranquility  and rejuvenation.

Two massage rooms were created along with a gym, an indoor pool with various functions for relaxation and exercise and three high-tech special-use cabins (sauna, steam room, and ice room). Materials and colors that refer to natural earthy materials (stone, wood, and clay) were used, while the lighting is restful yet meets all functional needs. In the reception and store area, a perimeter filter of hanging white wooden elements creates a sense of fluidity.
