KPMG, Urban Soul Project

KPMG Offices

The new KPMG project delivers a modern and highly functional workspace within an existing eight-story building, offering over 5,000 square meters of space and accommodating 485 employees. The design thoughtfully balances comfort and flexibility, providing a range of amenities including meeting rooms, boardrooms, and dedicated spaces for dining and relaxation.

Despite the open-plan layout, acoustic comfort and privacy are carefully addressed through the use of sound-absorbing materials and strategically placed phone booths. Architecturally, the space is defined by its elegant curved ceiling coffers, which not only integrate the mechanical systems but also enhance the aesthetic experience by making full use of the building’s vertical height.

Custom-designed furnishings dominate the interiors, with materials like wood, terrazzo, and metal chosen to reflect KPMG’s corporate identity.
