Club Med Gregolimano

North Evia

The seasonal hotel of the French group Club Med in North Evia, is a property spread over 216 acres, with a capacity of approximately 1,000 beds. The project was implemented in phases over two winters (2022-2023 and 2023-2024) and involved the creation of 58 new rooms, set in a dense pine forest that reaches down to the sea.

It is one of the few projects in Greece with BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) environmental certification. It is worth noting that it is a project designed to serve the principles of sustainable architecture, with extensive use of sustainable energy sources.

In the recent renovation, 24 bungalows, a Zen pool, a mini-club and a beach bar were installed, according to the needs and requirements of the company. With total respect for nature, the architectural design managed to integrate the structures into the natural environment in the best possible way.
