Μarousi 

After studying PwC's values and international working stan­dards in depth, the architectural firm Urban Soul Project de­signed a people-centred space offering a flexible and functional working environment. The open-plan layout can be used in a variety of ways and features ergonomic equipment and spaces that promote well-being, including height-adjustable desks, movable par­titions, collaborative lounge areas, bleachers and phone booths.

The spaces are categorised into six key areas: concentration, collabora­tion, creativity, rejuvenation, socialisation and learning. This allows the space to adapt to evolving needs.

The building's design incorporates spaces that enhance the working experience. The reception area, inspired by the spiral movement of continuous improvement, features marble cladding and a curved plasterboard ceiling. The three-storey amphitheatre has been designed to meet high acoustic standards and uses sound-absorbing materials and curved surfaces to diffuse sound. The open, double-height amphitheatre has a U-shaped floor plan and serves as a central gathering point to enhance employee co­hesion.
