Office Complex
in Metamorfosi
The architectural proposal centers on the aesthetic and functional upgrades of an existing office complex in Metamorfosi. They aim to enhance both the façades and the interior functionality to create a more pleasant and efficient space for users.
To preserve the original structure of the building, they will mount new architectural elements on a metallic frame. This new “skin” will not affect the building’s structural framework but will help break down the volume to a human scale. In turn, this transformation is designed to create comfortable spaces both inside and outside the building.
The façade’s design will feature interchanging areas of walls and windows. This approach will regulate light and shadow through the alternation of empty and filled spaces. In addition to aesthetic improvements, they focus on the functional upgrade of the building’s interior. This involves reconfiguring spaces to enhance usability and comfort.
