Τhis particular architectural study concerns the renovation of a professional office space located on a central road axis in the city of Thessaloniki. The 35 sq.m. space, according to the architectural design, is divided into three functional zones.

The first zone contains the office area, which accommodates two to three workstations, along with the necessary equipment to serve the needs of its users. The second zone includes the meeting area, where internal meetings between office partners and discussions with clients take place. Finally, the third functional zone includes the kitchenette and the restroom.

The architectural design aimed to utilize the existing space in the best possible way, while also conveying a sense of relaxation to inspire both the users and visitors of the office, providing them with a familiar and comfortable working environment. The selection of materials and color tones was based on the client's request for earthy tones and unique textures within the office space.
