Kifissia

The design of the Italian restaurant Rarita in Kifissia strives to combine the charm of authentic Italian cuisine with contemporary elegance and perspective. We have created a space that transports visitors to the heart of gastronomic Italy while remaining faithful to modern Greek design. Located in a lively yet serene neighbourhood, the architecture seeks to imbue the space with intimacy and warmth—qualities often associated with Italian culture.

The façade welcomes visitors with a combination of greenery and stucco plaster, a typical feature of Mediterranean architecture. Large arched windows allow light to flow into the space, creating an airy and inviting atmosphere.

Inside, guests are greeted by a series of wheat sheaves displayed in front of the open kitchen, whose central feature is a woodfired pizza oven. This design fosters an interactive and lively dining experience. Light-colored wooden beams adorn the ceiling, while soft ambient lighting enhances the coziness of an Italian eatery.
