Renovation-modernization works in the existing eight-storey hotel building at Omonoia Square by the company MAGE Hotels & Resorts were launched in 2015 and were completed in 2016. At present, ATHENS TIARE HOTEL, 4* category, offers 99 rooms, 12 suites, catering, entertainment premises and professional meetings hosting capacity.

The area’s particular features were a challenge for the project implementation while its central position was assessed with regard to visitors’ easy, fast access and proximity to important city destinations. 

The intervention aimed at creating a modern tourist accommodation in terms of function, aesthetics and facilities.
