This study aims in the extension of an existing hotel unit located on an adjacent plot in the general Afandou Golf area where an abandoned structural frame used to be. The architectural team focused on achieving a Mediterranean architectural expression, suitable for the hospitality industry and its modern dominating by using archetypes related to the Mediterranean environment such as the locality of plants, colors, proportions and the water element, always under the rules dictated by the commercial hotel architecture of the day.

The basic parameters of the composition were the existing outline and the existing hotel legislation. Design was based on the existing foundation.
