The four storey building comprises of a fully open groundfloor level, main office spaces on first, second and third floors and a unified area for conferences and receptions with large semi open spaces on its highest floor.

A modern as well as minimal architectural style is the base of the aesthetic approach of the building. The spatial composition is determined by clean geometry, illumination management and a measured and functional layout.
