Athens Loft, George Efthimiou

The Loft is located on the last two floors of a listed art deco building dating back in 1935 in the historic center of Athens, in St. Eirini square.

On the first level, of 90 m2 surface, one can find the main bedroom, lounge, dining room, kitchen and WC douche.

All spaces are unified and are separated by small plasterboard walls. The TVs are placed on these walls. The floor is made of wood decape off white and the kitchen, closets and walls are painted in beige tones.

Emphasis has been given to the silver wallpaper and to the waxed linen (ZR) on the curtains. The furniture is in dark colors B&B, Molteni, Lambert, while there is also a Chinese antique. Old handmade carpets, paintings and objects dominate the place.

The office-guesthouse and the WC douche are located on the second level of 25 m2 surface. The furniture is made by the Roche Bobois house and the old Turkish rug prevails in the place. The terrace of 100 m2 surface is on the same level with unlimited view to the Acropolis, planted with pomegranade trees and laurels; a jaccuzi offers pleasure during the hours of relaxation and rest.
