The project consists of the conversion of a holiday apartment, built in 1980, to a permanent residence for a young couple.

The limited natural light in the initial plan delineated the basic principles of the new design: the unobstructed flow of light and sight lines in the interior and the creation of a home that is functional and warm.  Program-wise, the new plan meets the needs for the addition of a utility room and for a large living room.
