 The lot covers a total area of 38.600 square metres and is located in a spot called “tsifliki” of  Elounda in the Prefecture of Lasithi. It extends on the slopes of a hill while its lower eastern part is traversed by the country road that connects Elounda with the Settlement of Plaka.

 

Its main orientation is towards the east and you can easily have a view of the Venetian Castle of Spinalonga. In the interior of this area there was a hotel of classical style. 

 

The area is mainly covered by typical Mediterranean vegetation with low bushes and scattered trees (carob trees, holm-oak trees and others) The ground mainly consists of red earth with elevations made from the characteristic red-grey stone of the area. 

 

The whole work is made up of the following parts: The central building with an outdoor pool for adults and children, Spa. Remodelling and upgrading of the existing hotel. Furnished flats of one or two main areas with private swimming pools or Jacuzzi. Villas with three or four main areas and private swimming pools.

 

The whole complex is surrounded by  restaurants, children’s area, parking, helipad.  There are retaining walls built with local stone that surround the whole area creating a lot of planting spots.
