Zoi Antoniadi sets the individual perspective of the client as a primary objective. She empathizes with the needs of the client for a functional space and includes these elements into her proposals and final planning and design.

This 4th floor 80m2 size apartment dates from the 80s and it is located at the city center of Athens. The idea was to design a minimal environment with a “hotel-like” atmosphere, since the owner lives abroad and do not use this apartment as a primary residence.

We created an open space with clean and modern lines with an efficient lacquer kitchen on one side and an open and modern living room on the other.

We emphasized on the monochrome white design and we enriched it with colorful modern furniture, which were selected from Ligne Roset Company.

Work to the existing apartment included a major reorganisation of primary space to create a new bathroom and a master bedroom with bathroom.
