TWENTY ONE was created in 2009 when two executives with valuable experience in the field of Real Property and Constructions decided to join their forces.

Georgios G. Papageorgiou and Konstantinos Panagiotidis implemented in March 2013 a challenging project at the center of Kifissia, among other special and distinct constructions undertaken by their company.

In cooperation with the highly acclaimed K Studio taking on the architectural design and the specialized company TEMEK SA in charge of the electrical-engineering study, a bar restaurant of 400 sq.m surface was constructed constituting ever since a milestone at Mela shopping mall in Kifissia.
