Patina & Vivera

Housing complex Patina & Vivera

Santorini

Pyrgos is a traditional village of Santorini, situated in the centre of the island. Here, local life continues at a gentle pace throughout the year, unfolding in its whitewashed alleys. These tranquil surroundings remain largely untouched by the vibrant rhythms of the island's tourism industry. The Patina & Vivera residential complex is ideally situated at the foot of Prophitis Elias.

The two residences are located next to each other, built on the edge of a private vineyard and in close proximity to the Patriarchal School of Martinus, a historical monument that was the first Greek school on the island (1799). From the spacious courtyard of Vivera, one can enjoy a view of the ruins of the school and the traditional church of Agios Apostolos.

The houses, bathed in sunlight, offer a dreamlike, almost panoramic view that follows the sun's path from the east, where one can admire the island of Anafi, to the west, where the spectacular view encompasses Thirassia, Folegandros, and even the distant horizon of the south, with occasionally views of Crete.
