PAROSTEC
Greek construction company PAROSTEC has been a leader in the Cyclades since 1990, having built over 160 luxury villas and high-end hotels in Paros and Antiparos. According to its management, the company undertakes demanding projects of any scale, that require a deep understanding of design, aesthetics, and craftsmanship.
Over the last decade, management has been in the hands of George Oikonomopoulos and George Kagelis, who represent the second generation of the family business. With offices in Paros, Antiparos, and Athens, their clientele mainly includes shipowners, multinational CEOs, and Hollywood stars from France, the UK, Switzerland, Belgium, Germany, Israel, and Greece.
In recent years, the company's growth has been rapid. In 2021, amidst the pandemic, PAROSTEC opened two new offices in Antiparos and Athens, while in 2022, the company entered the Athens market with a large-scale project: the iconic DOL building on Christou Lada Street, by undertaking its renovation.
In early 2025, the company announced the creation of Reground, a new real estate development and investment company. PAROSTEC has linked its growth to sustainable development as it aims to build to the BREEAM standard, one of the world's leading sustainability assessment methods, for infrastructure and buildings, for two of its projects in Antiparos and Athens.
