Villa IVY

Dryos, Paros 

Villa Ivy is located in the area of Dryos, Paros, on the eastern part of the island, along the coastline of Dryos, on a plot within the settlement. The villa enjoys a privileged view of Dryonisi as well as the islands of Naxos, Ios, and Sikinos.

This is the unification of two previous residences, each 90 sq.m. After their unification, the villa consists of a residence of 180 sq.m. with additional utility rooms including a laundry, storage rooms, a service room, and a closed garage. The residence consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are en-suite, and cozy living areas.

The kitchen is placed at the center of the residence, serving as the meeting point for family members, and there are two separate living rooms with fireplace. The wooden ceilings that adorned the previous residences were chosen to be preserved in the new villa as a reference element. The outdoor areas consist of an outdoor dining area, a seating area, and an outdoor kitchen with a BBQ.
