Cactus Beach Hotel

The scale of the new volumes, following that of the old building,

creates a balanced whole in which closed and open spaces alternate.

This operation is part of a comprehensive study for the renovation of a hotel complex in Stalis, which is carried out gradually in order to create a complete hotel unit of high standards. The new architectural study is called upon to transform and complement the existing space with respect by creating a unified style, aesthetic as well as functional, which will unite the different disparate elements through a common language.

As the existing 'heavy' stone shell is a key feature of the band's identity, the goal of the operation is to highlight this element. For this reason, a new stone volume is added, which accommodates the uses of the bar and is supplemented with covered spaces, thus covering the functional needs of the complex.
