The house complex is situated in the historical centre of Kifisia on Kassaveti street, in a site of 625,50 m². On Kassaveti street and in many of the streets nearby, the specific architectural style of Kifisia, which consists of mansions, villas and rich green surroundings is preserved.

The aim of the architectural team was to use as a starting point of the synthesis some of the main architectural elements of the territory, such as the three arches, the arcade, the gabled roof and the oblong openings, in order to cover the contemporary needs of three autonomous residences.

Modern materials, such as glass and colored coatings, coexist - within the relation between the old and the new- with stone and wood. The wish of the owner the complex of residences not to resemble with the typical form of block of flats and have more characteristics of urban residences was a great challenge.
