House

in Porto Heli 

The residence in Costa, near Porto Heli, offers a contemporary vacation experience for a family, with three bedrooms, two guest rooms, and spacious outdoor areas with unobstructed sea views towards the island of Spetses. The design focuses on mainly ground floor areas, utilizing terraced roofs and blending indoor and outdoor spaces and levels. Following the linear, sloping plot, the house is organized on a T-shape, stretching from north to south and opening southwest towards the view. 

The main space is a single-story, open-plan area hosting living spaces, while an elongated section, houses the bedrooms. The two guest rooms at the north have access to the terrace. Local stone walls are forming linear partitions that define the structure, with small openings at the side and large glass openings at the façade, ensuring a seamless indoor-outdoor connection, and view to the sea.
