The design focused on the drawing of a small house that would match the needs of a semi-permanent residence.The vertical structure of the three main areas makes reference to the residential tradition of the specific region, i.e the tower house.
The use of stonework as the main construction material enabled designers to continue the design research that had been launched twenty years ago, regarding the plasticity of masonry capabilities combined with reinforced concrete.
