The plot, about 4 acres, is located in Kalessa in Heraklion of Crete.

The architectural study was based on the characteristics of the plot - the view, the orientation and the local climate - and the family’s needs. Based on these data a two-storey residence of 200 sq.m., with a basement and a pool, was designed.
