Residence in Voula, Τ. Exarchopoulos, E. Exarchopoulou, P. Gerakakis

The plot, on which the residence has been positioned has the shape of an irregular pentagon, with a difference in height between its edges of approx. 9,00m.
Considering the required distances to be kept from its boundaries , the designers developed an almost triangular building plan, with its acute angle pointing to the junction of two streets, reminiscent of a ship’s bow. Even the building’s functions have been arranged in the way of the levels of a vessel.

The main entrance is on the upper street, with access over a bridge to Level 03, where one can find the living room , the dining room and kitchen. The bedrooms and their auxiliary spaces can be found one level below and the swimming pool area on Level 01
The secondary entrance and garage (Level 00) are located on the lower street.
