This residential complex is located on the highest part of the historical core of the traditional settlement of Finikia in Oia, Santorini. It is a unique and alternative way of experiencing the island, as it offers even in the heart of the high season, a feeling of tranquility and integration in the lifestyle of the local residents as it was few decades ago.

The houses were originally built in the second half of the 19th century. The composition consists of six cave-houses and three aboveground residences. Fundamental choice of the reconstruction was the precise restoration of the external form and the selective and indispensable intervention inside. Aim of the intervention was to preserve as much as possible the characteristics of the traditional building complex, which is an asset for the village of Finikia, which fortunately still maintains its character despite the very large scale of touristic development of the recent era.
