The complex consists of two three-storey buildings, where three 115 m² apartments, four 55 m² apartments, as well as 110 m² and 180 m² offices are housed.

The architectural design attempted to convert the complex building program to optical uniformity. The facades were treated as a whole, rather than individual and one-dimensional. Simple gray cubes break the main structure into separate small ones, compatible with the human scale.
