In the design solution of this residence, the key factor was the peculiarity of the site, situated in a central part of Glyfada where high - rise blocks of flats areusually constructed.

The difficulty of relating to adjoining buildings determined the structural composition but also the architectural expression of the building. The building looks inwards to a central open courtyard and opposes a clear boundary wall towards adjacent buildings.
