The residence in New Heracleion has a total area of 255sq.m. and it has been designed for a family of four.

The elongate downhill plot sits vertically to the street where it reaches its lowest level. The building is tangent to the neighboring properties and it's lit naturally due to large openings on its short sides of the front and rear façades.
