The main restaurant is a shaded, high ceiling building resembling a contemporary minimal version of an ancient Greek temple in line with the whole acropolis concept that dominates the hotel.

The interior dressed in marble and defined by floor to ceiling windows that maximize the sweeping view to the sea, is coupled with a breezy outdoor dining terrace.
