The complex is located on a corner in the area of Ellinikon where significant coverage is occupied by existing house with pool.

The new buildings are made for economic exploitation and the plan includes villas with pools on the ground floor, three bedroom apartment in the first and second level, while the third and  fourth level consists of two floor apartments with swimming pools, covering most of the roof.

The complex is densely built, and uses the remaining building space of the land. While growing in a limited part of the plot, it is in an environment of very low construction and has
